Immigration Evaluations: We have extensive experience working with your attorney to provide reports in support of Hardship Waivers, U-visa and T-visa applications, Asylum, VAWA applications and Adam Walsh waivers.

ADHD Assessments: Comprehensive, evidence based ADHD assessments focused not only on demonstrating your unique symptoms, but also providing valuable insight and personalized strategies to help you thrive.

Fitness for Duty Assessments: Evaluations and reports to demonstrate fitness for active duty, enlistment, re-enlistment, etc. by providers who understand military bureaucracy and culture.

Evaluation Process

  1. Get in touch today to connect a practitioner, who will answer all of your questions.

  2. Schedule a date and time for your evaluation.

  3. Provide contact information for legal representation, and support documents (if applicable)

  4. Complete your evaluation with your provider.

  5. You will receive a draft of your evaluation within 2-3 weeks for your review and approval. A draft will also be sent to your legal representation (if applicable).

  6. Once approved, your provider sends a final, signed copy of the evaluation to your and your legal representation.
