It’s time to find joy in life again.
One of my favorite analogies is that I love snowstorms because snow absorbs sound. When it’s snowing, everything feels quieter, as if the world has paused for a moment. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if our minds could experience that same calm? Therapy can help create that effect—a space for mental clarity and peace.
I’m Jenny Bishop, and I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges, including ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the difficulties of living with food allergies. I also offer comprehensive ADHD assessments to help individuals gain a better understanding of their symptoms and how they affect daily life.
My clients come to me seeking more insight into themselves and their relationships, hoping to find greater satisfaction and a sense of balance. I know firsthand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, uncertain about the future, or disconnected in relationships. I’ve also felt the heaviness of life's challenges and the desire for inner peace. This understanding is what drives my dedication to helping others find stability and healing.
Today’s mental health solutions can sometimes feel impersonal, as if they’re one-size-fits-all. This often leaves people feeling disconnected from their therapist or unsure if they’re making progress. But I believe therapy should be as unique as you are. Your life experiences and needs are distinct, and that’s why every step we take together is tailored specifically to you and your goals.
We begin by exploring what’s impacting you and/or your relationship, and we’ll set clear, actionable goals for where you’d like to be in six months to feel that therapy has been truly beneficial. Then, we’ll figure out which therapeutic approaches resonate best with your brain and your personality. When therapy feels like a good fit, change becomes more achievable and lasting.
Throughout our work together, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your needs, and how to meet your goals—whether through therapy or ADHD assessment and support.
